Using a scrub for your face can help remove dead skin cells and impurities. There are many homemade scrubs for your skin, but our favorite is the coffee-coconut oil scrub. Grab a tablespoon of ground coffee and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Mix it and scrub gently on your face. Leave the scrub on for at least 15 minutes and clean your face with cold water.

However, if you currently have acne-prone skin or open wounds, you must postpone using a scrub since it may irritate it further. Remember, your skin is very delicate.

If you enjoy drinking chamomile tea, you may enjoy its effect on depuffing your eyes, especially in the morning. In addition, green or jasmine tea is equally practical and has the same benefits.

Throw two tea bags, and let them cool afterward. Then, close your eyes, relax, and put the teabags on your eyes for 5-10 minutes. Why not enjoy this procedure right after you wake up while you brew your tea?

Chamomile tea is mainly known for its anti-inflammatory and non-irritating effects while helping blood circulation around the eyes.

Oats are known to be super soothing, thus helping with skin rehydration. Besides that, oats are known for having anti-inflammatory compounds, making them safe to use in face masks, even for sensitive skin.

Try this homemade face mask with only two ingredients, and enjoy a clean face afterward.

Grab a cup of oats and two tablespoons of raw honey. Cook the oats with water, then add honey to the hot mixture. After it has cooled, pour the mixture on the face as a mask, leave it for around 10 minutes, and rinse with some warm water.

Baking soda may have many uses in the kitchen, but it doesn’t stop there. For example, soaking your feet in baking soda and water helps remove dead skin cells, making your feet soft and smooth.

Add half a cup of baking soda for a gallon of water and wait until it dissolves. Afterward, keep your feet in the water for around 30 minutes, then wash your feet and pat dry. After exfoliating, you can use petroleum jelly (vaseline) or your favorite foot cream so your feet will feel even softer.

This homemade lip scrub includes a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of coconut oil, and a little sprinkle of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients very well and apply the mixture to your lips. Then, gently scrub over your lips with a toothbrush, wash with warm water, and pat them dry. Follow up with your favorite lip balm.

Soaking your hands in some heated milk may help soften them, especially if you have hard-working hands or if your hands get chapped in winter.

In addition, milk has vitamins A & E, which are much needed for your skin’s health.

Warm up two cups of whole milk and pour into a bowl. Soak your hands for 10 minutes, pat them dry, and apply your favorite hand cream afterward. This will leave you with very soft hands.
